About TrueCarry
TrueCarry is an independent data product built to make the recurring cost of owning a home easier to see before a buyer commits. It combines public property-tax, homeowners-insurance, hazard-risk, and mortgage inputs into transparent planning estimates.
What we are — and are not
TrueCarry is not a lender, insurer, tax authority, broker, or financial adviser. We do not sell quotes or present estimates as bills. Every published figure must show its source, method, confidence level, and data date.
Editorial responsibility
The TrueCarry project team is responsible for data ingestion, model implementation, testing, and editorial review. Corrections are reviewed against the original public source and shipped through the same validation gates as a scheduled data refresh.
